What Words Can I Make With "NEWSBIT"?

Here's a fun fact I've had in an open tab forever . . . or should I say, a F₄U₁N₁ fact?

The classic board game Scrabble was invented in Queens by Alfred Mosher Butts, in a church basement on 35th Avenue. That latter fact is commemorated by a street sign on 35th Avenue . . . which, instead of saying "35TH AVENUE," says "35T₁H₄  A₁V₄E₁N₁U₁E₁" – honoring the point values for the letter tiles of Scrabble.
