Mr. Gray Has a Tailor?
After writing my recent post about the Dragon Con Battle Vests group, I thought it might be fun to share the jacket I customized for Mr. Gray himself in more detail. So here's that!
Steve has been collecting patches for decades, so I was really excited to be able to help him display his collection . . . and add a few things while I was at it! Everything's stitched on by hand. We had the back rocker custom made, and a few of the patches are hand-printed as well. The backwards elasmosaurus patch was printed from a three-piece lino cut I carved a few years back.
There's a lot of SJ Games history represented here, as well as gaming history, trains, and general geekiness. And we've still got an eye out for the perfect back patch . . .
