Say "Hello" To Arianne
I'd like to take a moment to introduce our newest team member, Arianne Hutchins!
Arianne joins us with a wonderfully varied background spanning project management, account management, logistics, operations, business strategy, and manufacturing. Most recently, she served as VP of Marketing and Sales at Grand Prix International, where she worked closely with us as our account manager for hundreds of our projects over the past several years. Before that, she worked in the nonprofit sector in marketing and financial education. She also holds a Master's Degree in Art Education from Boston University.
As our Director of Strategic Operations, Arianne will play an important role in strengthening how we work across the company. She'll be working closely with our teams to identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve communication, reduce bottlenecks, and bring greater alignment to our day-to-day operations. Her experience gives her a unique perspective on how the different pieces of a business fit together, and she will help us build more effective processes that support our immediate needs and long-term goals.
To call Arianne a hard worker would be an understatement. In my many years in this industry, I've rarely encountered someone with her level of dedication, passion, and commitment to doing things well. She brings high standards, thoughtful insight, and a willingness to ask questions and challenge assumptions when there's an opportunity to do something better. She has a knack for seeing the bigger picture, recognizing what's needed even when it hasn't been explicitly spelled out, and connecting the dots between ideas and execution. That kind of insight is invaluable, and I'm excited to have her perspective and expertise helping shape our future.
